ABU DHABI,3rd May, 2025 (WAM) - Noura bint Mohammed Al Kaabi, Minister of State, met today in Abu Dhabi with Olga Kefalogianni, Minister of Tourism of the Hellenic Republic, to discuss ways to strengthen bilateral relations between the UAE and Greece, particularly in tourism and cultural exchange, and for mutual investment opportunities.
During the meeting, the two sides underscored the opportunities for advancing cooperation in the tourism sector and underlined potential joint initiatives aimed at promoting sustainable tourism, heritage preservation, and increased people-to-people exchange between the two countries.
Furthermore, Al Kaabi reaffirmed the strength of the UAE-Greece relationship, highlighting the importance of expanding tourism collaboration as a means of enhancing understanding between cultures and advancing shared development goals.
For her part, Kefalogianni expressed appreciation for the long-standing ties between the UAE and Greece, and underscored her country's keenness to work closely with the UAE to foster greater cooperation in tourism and other sectors of mutual interest.
The meeting reflects the commitment of both countries to advancing their strategic partnership and exploring new opportunities to boost tourism flows and cultural ties.
