DOHA, 26th November, 2022 (WAM) -- A Kylian Mbappe brace fuelled France to a 2-1 hard-won victory over Denmark and a place in the last 16 of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022. The Danish now must beat Australia in their final Group D tie to revive their knockout stage chances.
Mbappe produced one breathtaking run, getting the Danish goalkeeper into a smart save, before beating him with a one-two with Theo Hernandez.
An Eriksen corner marked the equaliser before Mbappe netted it for Les Bleus on 86 minutes.
