PanARMENIAN.Net - Georgian Prime Minister Giorgi Gakharia will visit Armenia in mid-October, Georgia Today cited his office as saying on Wednesday, October 9.
'Gakharia will be traveling to the neighboring countries which are our most important partners in the fields of foreign policy, trade and economy, starting the tour by visiting Azerbaijan," the administration of the government of Georgia said.
The PM will then visit Armenia in mid-October and depart for Turkey at the end of the month.
Gakharia replaced Mamuka Bakhtadze in the role in early September, having previously served as the Interior Minister of the country.
After Gakharia's nomination as Prime Minister on September 8, his incoming cabinet won the parliamentary vote of confidence with 98 votes for with none against.
